1. Conceptual Design

Based on the technical assignment, our architects will develop conceptual parameters, structural and schematic solutions that provide the Client/Investor with a general idea of the future object: area, number of floors, style, volumetric-spatial solution. This is the most creative stage during which the architect proposes various options, using which a prototype of the future object is created. At this stage, a 3D model is created. Thanks to it, the Client can visualize the future object and make sure that the external appearance and internal construction are chosen correctly.

2. General Plan

On the general plan of the site, we superimpose the plan of future objects and structures, pedestrian and green areas, functional planning. At this stage, the features of the site, engineering communications, geographic peculiarities (sides of light), relief, soils, etc. are considered.

3. Interior Design

We believe that interior design is how a person perceives space and their everyday life quality. Therefore, our designers' task is to implement the interior design that embodies a harmonious environment and ergonomics in a person's life. We will create a unique atmosphere, style, beauty, and comfort in the room, embodying the dreams and moods of the Clients into reality.

4. Project Documentation

The project documentation developed by our specialists complies with the requirements of the legislation, building norms, standards, and rules. After the completion of the design work, the Client receives a detailed estimate for the work.

5. Landscape design project and improvement

Our experts and botanists will perform necessary soil arrangements based on the terrain, in order to determine the style of landscape design together with the client: Japanese, Chinese, regular, rural, landscape, natural, mixed, etc. Through landscaping, selection of garden paths, and small architectural objects, the improvement project will receive unique and original features. The landscape project will provide the client with a clear plan depicting in detail how the area will look in the future.

6. Executive project and supervision

For further construction, SVK Group issues a complete set of executive project in all sections (drawings, explanatory notes, specifications, nodes, and details). Providing author's supervision over the construction ensures the client that the work will be carried out in strict accordance with the executive project. Checking the work of the project authors is systematically done before the object is put into operation and transferred to the client. The quality of work, including hidden work, building and finishing materials, and conformity certificates, is continuously monitored.
